ReneCity — Borderless Ads Showcase Game: Now Playable for Pilot Airdrop Rewards

We are incredibly excited to introduce you to ReneCity — our ReneVerse showcase game, produced in-house to help newcomers visualize Borderless Ads in action. This game leverages the ReneVerse Unity SDK and demonstrates how developers can incorporate Ad Surfaces into their games. We invite players to navigate and explore this sample, in-game environment rife with Borderless Ads and Branded Assets.

ReneCity was created by developers and creators from ReneVerse to provide users with an informative, immersive, and rewarding gaming experience. Notably, this showcase game runs REAL, live advertisements from the ReneVerse Brand partner ecosystem — all ads are dynamically served, actively accruing LIVE impressions, and recording that ad data on-chain. And that means, there are rewards for players of the game — read on for more info.

What Makes Our Showcase Game Special?

Beyond offering a fun and vibrant player experience directly within reneverse.io, the Showcase Game introduces users to Borderless Ads, which enable them to experience in-game ads that are truly non-intrusive, and help different participants within the ReneVerse ecosystem gain an understanding of how Borderless Ads can benefit them.

Developers who have yet to familiarize themselves with in-game advertising, much less Borderless Ads, can play ReneCity to conceptualize how ads might appear within their own game. Brands, similarly, can get an idea of how a campaign might be shown within a game, and thus tailor their ad creative to suit the viewability and context-related requirements of a game.

Play ReneCity to Earn in the Pilot Airdrop Campaign!

The ReneCity Showcase Game will have ACTIVE Borderless Ad campaigns running consistently with the ad creative of our Pilot Brand partners. The game thus joins other games within the ReneVerse Pilot, offering true ad impressions to the Brands, which are all recorded on-chain.

This measurable activity can also be attributed to the unique players who play the game. That means that if you have a ReneVerse account, you can log into the game using your ReneID and earn rewards for the ads you are shown. Those rewards are Pilot Points that will be used to calculate your share of the $500K ReneVerse Pilot Airdrop later this summer, paid out in $RENE.

To earn your Points:

1. Sign up at app.reneverse.io/register
2. Visit reneverse.io/game-demo to play ReneCity
3. On your keyboard, press K to view the control settings, and Press C to log into ReneVerse with your ReneID
4. Once you’re logged in, simply explore ReneCity, and Points will begin accruing for the Ads you see!
